The disk from which the University of Hawai`i serves these pages and many others completely failed today, and they were forced to rebuild it. Those who recently accessed this service were treated with Tuesday's edition, for Wednesday's was lost in the crash. All web services were down today, including e-mail, and I decided to use the opportunity to catch up on school work and research projects unrelated to China Informed. I will wait until Friday's edition to post new stories.
